At MockupFlowAI, we stand behind the quality of our software. This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund for your purchase.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchasers. If the Software does not meet your expectations within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting info@mockupflow.ai.

                Our Promise: MockupFlowAI works from day one. If it doesn't fit your workflow within 7 days, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue or process a full refund. Most users generate their first batch within hours.
            

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the 7-day money-back guarantee, you must:

Be a first-time purchaser (no prior licenses or trial accounts)
Request the refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date
Provide a brief explanation of why the Software did not meet your needs
Not have exceeded the Fair Use threshold (see Section 2.1)

Refunds are processed within 10 business days via your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Upon refund, your license will be deactivated and all access to the Software will be revoked.

2.1. Fair Use Policy

The money-back guarantee is intended for genuine evaluation of the Software. Accounts that have rendered more than 50 mockups or published more than 20 listings to any marketplace during the guarantee period are considered to have received substantial value from the Software and are not eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

After the 7-day guarantee period, we generally do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind — You decided you no longer want the software after the guarantee period
Incompatibility — You did not verify system requirements before purchase (Adobe Photoshop 2024+, macOS or Windows)
Third-party issues — Problems caused by third-party services (marketplace policy changes, API provider outages, etc.)
Asset extraction — Purchasing the license solely to download the included Asset Library and then requesting a refund
Excessive production use — Accounts exceeding the Fair Use threshold (50+ mockups or 20+ published listings) during the guarantee period

Important: Unlike physical goods, digital software licenses and asset libraries cannot be "returned" once accessed. Upon purchase, you gain immediate access to the full software including mockup templates and production tools.

3.1. Post-Refund Commercial Use

Upon receiving a refund, all content created using MockupFlowAI (mockups, listings, bundles, marketing materials) may no longer be used for commercial purposes. You agree to remove any published listings that were created using the Software within 7 days of the refund being processed.

3.2. Post-Guarantee Technical Issues

If you experience a legitimate technical fault in the software after the 7-day period, we will work with you to resolve it. If we are unable to resolve a confirmed software bug within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. To report a technical issue:

Contact us at info@mockupflow.ai with a clear description and screenshots/video
Allow our team 48 hours to investigate and attempt resolution
The issue must be a fault of our software, not caused by hardware limitations, third-party services, or user error

4. Subscription Cancellation

4.1. Monthly/Annual Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

You retain access until the end of your current billing period
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
After expiration, the Software operates in read-only mode (you can view existing data but cannot generate new content)

4.2. Perpetual License Maintenance

The Annual Maintenance Fee (optional recurring subscription for perpetual licenses) can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, the Software continues to function but will not receive further updates or access to cloud features (Backblaze upload, auto-updates).

5. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

Your order ID or Lemon Squeezy receipt
The email address used for purchase
A brief reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage contacting us directly before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or PayPal. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting our support:

Your software license will be suspended pending dispute resolution
We will submit evidence of your download, license activation, and usage to the payment processor
If the dispute is resolved in our favor, your license will be permanently revoked
